Vennx assisted PerkinElmer, a leader in scientific and technological innovation, with the complex task of complying with the LGPD and the GDPR. The main objective of this project was to map the main risks related to the protection of personal and sensitive data, evaluating the company's internal processes and information technology environment. The focus was on ensuring compliance with current regulations, minimizing the risks of non-compliance.

The first stage of the work involved raising awareness among PerkinElmer executives and employees about the importance of data protection and the legal implications of the LGPD and GDPR. Risk assessment and mapping

The next step was the evaluation of the processes, focusing on identifying the personal and sensitive data used by the company. Data mapping included analysis of the IT systems responsible for the traffic and storage of this information, ensuring complete coverage for compliance.

In addition, the work highlighted improvement points and opportunities for adaptation, allowing PerkinElmer to take proactive measures to mitigate the identified risks.

The final report, prepared based on best market practices and Vennx's proprietary methodology, provided PerkinElmer with a clear and practical guide for ensuring compliance with data protection laws and served as a model for future implementations, ensuring excellence in all of the company's operations.
